Sarah was born in 1930 and passed away in 2017, she was the daughter of Leekya Deyuse, the Rembrandt of Zuni fetish carving, and the sister of Alice Homer and Francis Leekya, both great carvers in their own right. Sarah learned her craft from working with and helping her famous Father with his fetishes.
